Jerod & Karen's E-Session

I had a blast with Jerod and Karen this week! Monday evening we met up near the Balboa Pier in Newport Beach, CA.

We spent our time walking around the fun zone, boardwalk and then down to the beach. These two were not only so great to photograph, but it was a joy to just spend time with them.

Congratulations you two! Can't wait for your wedding. :)

Mike & Angel's E-Session

This week I had the awesome privilege of photographing Mike & Angel. We had a blast shooting in Los Angeles.

First, because of their mutual love for the Dodgers we shoot a bit at the stadium, then we moved on to Olvera St. and Union Station just around the corner.

Brad & Mindy's E-Session

I had a blast this weekend with Brad and Mindy on their e-shoot at the Mission Inn in Riverside, CA, where Brad proposed this past Christmas season.

They are such a sweet couple and I can't wait to photograph their wedding in July.

Todd & Frances's E-Session

I had a great time yesterday meeting up with Todd and Frances down at Seal Beach. We shot their engagement session right at dusk, so it provided a lot of fun and exciting shots!

Todd and Frances are getting married July 12, 2008 at the in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. I can't wait!

Jeff & Katie's E-Session

Jeff and Katie are amazing. Yup, they are - and I can't wait to photograph their wedding next month!

I had the most amazing time with them this weekend in downtown Manhattan Beach shooting their engagement session. We met up bright and early and had a blast exploring the strand and shooting down at the water.

Jeff and Katie are an obviously great match - it's so clear even in their photos. So, I hope you enjoy my favorites (below) and the slide show.

Justin & Jessica's E-Session

Yesterday Matt and I had the awesome privalege of shooting my sister-in-law and future brother-in-law, Justin and Jessica's, engagement session. We had such a great time heading down to Carlsbad to shoot at La Costa Resort & Spa, as well as the beach.

Even though Justin was still suffering from being sick over the weekend he was a trooper and the shots turned out amazing!

Bryan & Ashley's Engagement Session

Yesterday I had the awesome opportunity to photograph Bryan and Ashley's engagement session down at Crystal Cove in Newport Beach, CA. These two wood-artisans are the cutest match! It was a blast hanging out with them and their dog Timber.

Micah & Rachel's E-Session

I had so much fun meeting and photographing Micah and Rachel for their engagement session Monday night. We meet down at the Bay Theater in Seal Beach, CA.

Rachel told me that she loves old movies and that they both enjoy the beach - so I knew almost instantly that this would be a great location for them.

We had a lot of fun and after Monday night it's obvious how much these two love each other; and I can't wait to photograph their wedding next month at the Surf and Sand Resort in Laguna Beach. Congrats you two!

"Jesstin's" Engagement Party

Yesterday my husband, Matt, and I had the awesome privilege to attend Jessica (Matt's sister) and Justin's engagement party. Yea!

It was so much fun being with friends and family to celebrate their love and upcoming wedding - June 14, 2008.

Congratulations you two! We're so excited for you both.

Wes & Tessa's E-Session

Yesterday I got to spend the morning down at the Long Beach East Village Arts District with Wes & Tessa to shoot their engagement photos before their upcoming September wedding.

These two lovebirds were so much fun to photograph! After a few minutes of getting used to me and the camera they warmed up and became naturals at being photographed together. Couples like Wes & Tessa are why I love my job - they are in love and willing to show it off, which makes for some great photos!

So much fun! This past weekend I got to work with Benny and Jennifer to photograph their engagement session.

This amazing couple is celebrating seven years together on their wedding day, this September.

Miguel & Linda E-Session

We were so excited when Miguel and Linda suggested Olvera Street in Downtown Los Angeles for their engagement session. Since they have a passion for traveling it was a perfect fit!

These two are so adorable together (as you'll see) and it was such a pleasure to photograph them today.

After the shoot we grabbed lunch at a little vegetarian restaurant nearby - and I must say I learned something; vegetarian tamales are super good!
